Homes that just hit the market as well as homes that have price adjustments are always on my radar. When we get together and start viewing properties, I will be able fine tune what your taste in homes is and be able to find you the perfect match, the one that you will be able to say right away "This one is it", I will be able to show the value along with pros and cons. Housing Programs offers two types of home ownership loans: guaranteed and direct loans. The purpose is to provide financing — with no down payment and at favorable rates and terms — either through a direct loan with Housing Programs or with a loan from a private financial institution which is guaranteed by Housing Programs. These loans are for the purchase, construction, rehabilitation, or relocation of a dwelling and related facilities for low- or moderate-income rural persons.
